Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused (unworn and unwashed) and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will found out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: NYDIM P.O. Box 481271 Charlotte, NC 28269You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Shipping/Policies
We ship within the 50 U.S. states using UPS ground. We are NOT able to ship to any P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Orders are typically received within 2 - 5 business days. (3 - 7 for AK & HI)
For overnight delivery, please contact us first as additional shipping charges will apply.
Orders placed before 3:00 P.M. Eastern Time (Mon-Fri) will usually ship out the same day.

Alaska & Hawaii Shipping Rates
In addition to the above rates, an extra shipping amount will be added for Alaska & Hawaii. This amount will be calculated based on the items ordered and displayed on the checkout page as a separate line item. This additional cost might seem high but if you live in Alaska or Hawaii, you are probably already familiar with the higher shipping costs to these states. The estimated delivery time to Alaska and Hawaii is approximately 3 to 7 business days.

Return Policy
We will gladly accept returns made within 30 days of your order. Please do not send back your package until you have completed the Return Form (HERE) and received Return Authorization information from us with further instruction.
Please do not return items that have been washed, printed on or that are otherwise unable to be resold. These items are not eligible for a return.
Once the return has been received at the warehouse, it can take a few days to a week to process before your refund will be issued. The refund will be for the cost of the items and any applicable taxes. Original shipping costs are non refundable.
