Refund Policy

At Sampson Consultants, many of our items are custom-made and personalized to each customer’s order. Because of that, our refund policy is designed to be clear and fair while protecting both the customer and our production process.

Custom and Personalized Orders

Custom, personalized, made-to-order, and photo-based items are non-refundable once the design proof has been approved and production has begun.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • custom caricature apparel

  • custom mugs and tumblers

  • personalized shirts and hoodies

  • memorial designs

  • business-branded merchandise

  • banners, posters, and custom print products

Design Proof Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing their design proof carefully before approving it for production.

Once you approve the design proof, you are confirming that:

  • spelling is correct

  • names, dates, and wording are correct

  • images and layout are approved

  • you are ready for printing/production to begin

After approval, changes may not be possible and the order will not be eligible for a refund unless there is a production error or damage caused before delivery.

Non-Custom / Ready-Made Items

If Sampson Consultants offers any non-custom, non-personalized items, return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for review, the item must be:

  • unused

  • unwashed

  • in original condition

  • returned in original packaging if applicable

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Include:

  • your order number or invoice number

  • clear photos of the issue

  • a short explanation of the problem

If the issue is confirmed to be our error, we will review the matter and may offer one of the following:

  • replacement

  • store credit

  • partial refund

  • full refund, when appropriate

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before design work or production has begun.

If work has already started on your design, artwork, mockup, or production preparation, a cancellation may not be approved.

If a cancellation is accepted after design work has begun but before production, Sampson Consultants may retain a reasonable design/service fee based on work completed.

No Refunds for Customer Errors

Refunds or free replacements will not be issued for issues caused by customer-submitted information, including:

  • misspellings approved by the customer

  • low-quality or blurry uploaded photos

  • incorrect sizes selected by the customer

  • color expectations affected by screen/device display differences

  • mistakes not corrected before proof approval

Shipping Delays

Sampson Consultants is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been shipped. However, if there is a delivery issue, we will do our best to help you track the package and resolve the matter.
