Restock and return shipping fees are waived on returns under $1,000 that are processed through our online portal. A return shipping label will be provided. Original outbound shipping costs still apply. If your original order qualified for free shipping, your refund will reflect the full product value minus the cost of outbound freight.

Please review our terms before you reach out:

We do not process returns on printed, washed or decorated merchandise. Tip: Inspect your garments before decorating them.
You must return defective merchandise to us with a piece of tape indicating the flaw’s location.
We do not accept returns on discontinued items or merchandise that is more than 30 days old.
You must make all claims for shortages or damages within 72 hours of receiving the merchandise.
Without a valid return authorization number, our warehouse will not accept returns.
Please include a copy of your invoice to ensure we can issue you a proper credit within two weeks.
Returns or refused shipments over $1,000 are subject to a 20% or $25 (whichever is greater) restocking charge, in addition to both outbound and return freight costs.
We do not provide cash refunds.
If we did not process your order accurately, we’ll cover the original freight and send a return label for the incorrect merchandise.
Please note that products that are considered non-returnable are noted as such on their respective product page, the inventory quantity will be underlined in orange. These products include but are not limited to: closeout items, face covers, items received directly from the vendor, items that receive a sample discount, etc.
We do offer a replacement option if the items that you have received on your original order are incorrect, missing or damaged. Requesting a replacement will initiate a replacement order that will include the same items as your original order. Please note, we are not able to accommodate any style, color, size swap or exchange requests via a replacement order.

Free Freight:

We offer free freight on orders over $200 shipped via ground with our preferred carrier within the continental United States. Ninja Transfers count toward the $200 order minimum. Please note that this offer excludes Oakley's oversized travel bag (92060AODM).

Same-Day Shipping Cutoff Times:

Find same-day cutoff times for orders by entering your zip code at the top of this page. Orders placed before the daily cutoff time will ship the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff time will ship the next business day.

Local Pick-Up (Will Call):

Will Call is available at all S&S Activewear warehouses except Bolingbrook, IL; Dallas, TX; and Duluth, GA. Warehouse hours vary by location — please visit the warehouse page for your preferred location to confirm its opening hours. Local pick-up orders placed after cutoff will be ready for pick-up the following business day.

Hold at FedEx Location (Flex Express):

FedEx Hold at Location (Flex Express) allows you to ship your goods to a FedEx pickup location instead of your office or distribution center for a flat rate fee of $9.99 within the lower 48 United States.

This option is available for orders containing 5 boxes or less and provides savings, convenience, and security. Benefit from flat rate shipping on orders that don’t qualify for free freight, pick up your shipment when it’s convenient for you instead of waiting at your office, and protect your package from theft and the elements.

During checkout, you’ll be able to choose from a number of FedEx pickup locations near you to pick up your order. For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, shipping costs are determined by FedEx’s current rates and will appear at checkout.
